Responsibilities
- Must have at least 2-3 years' experience
- Must have experience in using single needle, double needle, and overlock sewing machines
- Demonstrated ability in training and developing new sewers including machine threading, quality, and speed
- Must have leadership skills that are essential for team building
- Sew according to product specifications
- Pillow closing experience a plus
- Previous experience in textile manufacturing a plus
