Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair services including cuts, coloring, blowouts, styling, and special occasion looks based on each client's needs and preferences.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and provide professional recommendations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation while following all required sanitation and safety standards.
- Recommend appropriate hair care products and services to help clients maintain and enhance their results.
- Manage appointments and maintain strong communication with clients.
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele while creating opportunities to attract new clients.
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and welcoming salon environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional hairstyling experience.
- Established clientele.
