Position Summary
As a Property Maintenance Team Member, you'll work alongside our team to maintain and improve some of Muskoka's most beautiful waterfront properties. Every day is different—you could be performing garden maintenance one day and pressure washing, detailing boats, or seasonal property preparations the next.
Responsibilities
- Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and general lawn maintenance
- Garden maintenance including weeding, mulching, and planting
- Spring and fall property cleanups
- Pressure washing decks, docks, patios, and outdoor furniture
- Window cleaning and exterior detailing
- Basic repairs and preventative property maintenance
- Property inspections and reporting maintenance concerns
- Loading, unloading, and caring for tools and equipment
- Working safely around waterfront properties and varying terrain
- Providing professional, respectful service while interacting with homeowners and guests
Qualifications
- Valid G driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience operating lawn equipment and power tools is an asset
- Previous landscaping, or property maintenance experience is preferred but not required, we're willing to train the right person.
