Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing personalized treatment plans to help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. This role involves working closely with patients across various age groups and medical backgrounds to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life. Prior experience in hospital settings, acute care, or pediatrics is highly valued. The Physiotherapist will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care within a multidisciplinary environment. New Graduates and Residents are also accepted.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and mobility limitations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to promote recovery
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and health maintenance strategies
- Document patient interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately in medical records
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment adhering to healthcare standards and protocols
Skills
- Proven experience in hospital settings with a focus on acute care or pediatrics is preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical practices related to physical therapy
- Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse patient populations
- Ability to assess complex cases quickly and develop effective treatment strategies
- Compassionate approach with strong interpersonal skills to motivate and support patients through their recovery process
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Flexibility to adapt treatment plans based on evolving patient needs and medical updates
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40.55-$50.15 per hour
