We are looking for team players with a great attitude, people that are experienced in concrete RESTORATION and have experience with delamination repairs, concrete prep work, traffic coatings, post tension, structural shoring, forming, patching, pouring, etc.
We are looking to hire for multiple roles, looking for hardworking labourers, skilled & experienced trades people. Concrete restoration/ Coatings etc., Carpentry, cement finishing. Or crew lead/ Foreman experience.
Any trade tickets and or training certificates would be considered an asset and would contribute to compensation.
We are seeking:
Labour - applicant would have from 1 year + experience with a good attitude and punctual/ reliable. We offer training for the right people and good job advancement potential.
Skilled trades people - Concrete restoration, Carpentry, finishing, Iron Working etc. and Red seal/ Gold seal
Lead hand Foreman - minimum 3-10 years on concrete restoration projects for foreman & possess a clean class 5 license and would be driving a company vehicle, and you would be a working foreman/ lead hand & have the following attributes
- Punctual
- Reliable
- Possess a clean class 5 drivers license and has a good knowledge of Calgary
- Attention to detail
- Situational aware
- Responsible to organize yourself / crew to complete tasks/job efficiently (self-starter)
- Safety friendly
- Ability to complete physical tasks for extended periods

- Available for work some evenings and weekends as required
- Ability to work longer shifts as required (8 -12h shifts with overtime paid)

- Keep organizational, safety and time records as required
- Knowledge of tools and equipment used to perform the work
- Thorough knowledge of practices, methods, equipment, materials used in concrete restoration and structural repair of buildings,
- Thorough knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions of the work
- Thorough knowledge of OH&S standards & COR associated with concrete restoration & construction and ability to ensure compliance
- Ability to interpret and work from instructions, pencilled plans, sketches, and drawings
- Ability to organize and coordinate projects/ tasks. Possess the ability to supervise the work of others and maintain quality control, leading by example if hired as a supervisor
- Ability to train helper/ crews as needed and ensure productivity and quality standards are met
- Ability to understand and efficiently carry out instructions and problem solve as needed
- Flexible to meet job/ client expectations as required
- Physically fit and able to work for whole shifts and lift 50 lbs. as required throughout the day.
