Newcastle Communities is a residential builder dedicated to building elevated rental and for-sale communities. We're growing our Niagara portfolio and looking for a driven, personable sales professional to be the face of our communities.
Your Role
As a New Home Sales & Leasing Consultant, you'll be the primary point of contact for prospective residents and buyers from first inquiry through move-in. We are looking for someone that can handle both marketing and administrative tasks. You'll combine the relationship-building skills of a leasing professional with the closing instincts of a sales consultant — all while supporting the marketing efforts that keep our pipeline full.
This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on community occupancy, revenue, and brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Administrative experience with CRM programs, Ads Manager, Google Studio
- Proven experience in sales, leasing, or property management is preferred
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
- Experience in marketing or promotional activities related to real estate or property development
- Guide prospective residents and buyers through tours, suite selection, and the application or purchase process
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead follow-up to signed lease or agreement of purchase and sale
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Administrative experience with CRM programs, Ads Manager, Google Studio
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
This role is integral to our success in connecting clients with their homes while ensuring a smooth leasing and sales process.
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
