About Us
We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admissions process and provide exceptional support from initial inquiry to enrollment.
Job Responsibilities
* Provide information and guidance to prospective students regarding available programs, admission requirements, and enrollment procedures.
* Respond to inquiries through phone calls, emails, social media platforms, and in-person meetings.
* Conduct consultations with prospective students to assess their educational goals and recommend suitable programs.
* Assist applicants with the completion and submission of admission forms and supporting documents.
* Follow up with prospective students to encourage application completion and enrollment.
* Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, applications, and admissions activities using the institution's database and CRM systems.
* Coordinate admissions-related events, information sessions, webinars, and student orientation activities.
* Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to ensure a smooth admissions process.
* Review applications for completeness and ensure compliance with institutional policies and admission requirements.
* Prepare admissions reports and provide regular updates on recruitment and enrollment activities.
* Support marketing and outreach initiatives aimed at attracting prospective students.
Qualifications
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field.
* Previous experience in admissions, student services, sales, customer service, recruitment, or a similar role is an asset.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication platforms.
* Experience with CRM or student information systems is an asset.
