Chudleigh’s Blossom Café is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Café Manager to join our dedicated team!
Chudleigh’s Blossom Café is located in Historic Downtown Milton and offers a quaint place to relax and enjoy our signature desserts and beverages year-round. More than preparing great beverages and desserts, our café team members pride themselves on connecting with every customer and the community. Primary duties and responsibilities:
Demonstrate high personal integrity, business ethics and takes every opportunity to promote the venue
Training of all café staff
Preparing weekly work schedules for staff on our scheduling app 7Shifts
Coach staff on performance opportunities
Ensuring that all café expenses are within budget and identifying ways to decrease operational costs during slower seasons
Manage inventory and maintain adequate levels of supplies
Ensure that health and safety protocols are adhered to
Working closely with marketing to coordinate events and create seasonal menus
Ability to work full-time hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
What you bring to the table:
- 3-years retail or customer service management required
- Exemplary management and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Previous barista training preferred
- Smart serve certification is a must
- Experience with the Revel POS & 7Shifts Scheduling App is an asset
- Must pass criminal background check
Experience:
- Management: 3 years (preferred)
- Barista: 1 years (preferred)
