Job Summary

We're growing our team of Maintenance Technicians and Drivers to handle fall clean-ups and get ready for the busy snow removal season ahead. What You'll Do
- Drive company trucks and trailers to and from job sites across St. Albert, Edmonton and surrounding areas
- Perform fall lawn care, junk removal (residential, commercial, and condominium), and sidewalk snow removal
- Handle sanding, salting, and de-icing services
- Complete site checklists and conduct thorough completion inspections against property specs
- Maintain and track equipment and supply inventory
- Follow safety protocols and keep a clean, organized work environment
What You Bring
- A minimum of 3 years of driving experience, with a clean driver's abstract
- Must be insurable under our commercial auto policy in Alberta
- Physical fitness and readiness for demanding outdoor work
- Reliable transportation to our shop or various job sites
- Small engine operation and/or maintenance experience is an asset
- A team player who can also work independently when needed
- Clear, effective communicator
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions and adapting on the fly
- Available to start immediately
Experience with pick-up truck and trailer operation is a requirement, and we're happy to provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.
