We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Ideally has 1+ years of manufacturing or production experience however we do consider experience in other fast paced industries (ex. fast food)
Is able to work rotating day and afternoon shifts (2-week rotation)
Is available and willing to work mandatory overtime (Shifts are 8 to 10 hours long)
Can use their hands and wrists repetitively and stand for long periods of time
Is able to lift up to 30 lbs repetitively
Has a great attendance record and arrives on time for work
Has good hand/eye coordination skills
Is a positive team player who works well with others
Has a high school diploma - preferred but not required

Duties and Responsibilities:
Contribute to the assembly and production process
Follow work instructions to ensure a high quality standard
Learn multiple processes in manufacturing as part of a scheduled job rotation
Maintain a clean workstation and contribute to a safe work environment
Achieve goals and take pride in a job well done
Other duties as assigned
Day Shift: 6:15am to 3:45pm
Afternoon Shift: 5:45pm to 4:15am
***Shifts are between 8 to 10 hours long. The amount of overtime and the shift end times vary due to business demands.
$19.20 per hour as a starting rate; plus wage increases at 6 months and at 1 year
Overtime time is paid at 1.5 times your regular wage after 40 hours each week
$1.00 shift premium added when working the afternoon shift
