Genesis London is seeking a highly organized, professional, and customer-focused Genesis Personalization Manager to join our luxury automotive team.

As a Genesis Personalization Manager, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional luxury ownership experience for our guests. You will work closely with customers throughout their vehicle purchase journey, assisting with protection product sales, coordinating vehicle delivery administration, and ensuring every guest receives a personalized and memorable experience.
The majority of your sales interactions will be conducted through email and telephone, with some in-person consultations.

Present and sell vehicle protection products primarily through phone and email communication

Build strong relationships with guests and provide personalized recommendations

Coordinate and organize vehicle delivery administration

Prepare and print sales and delivery documentation

Know the ins and outs of our protection products

work in conjunction with Genesis Canada

Ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently

Welcome guests and assist in creating a luxury showroom experience

Work closely with the sales and management teams to ensure a seamless ownership journey

Maintain detailed records and follow-up activities within dealership systems

Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the Genesis brand
