ABOUT THE ROLE:
Reporting directly to the VP, Sales - Craft Brands, the role will be covering sales and customer service within our Toronto West territory. The role can be broken down into these key responsibilities.
- EXPAND - Identify and grow your territory through onboarding new licensees based on corporate objectives
- GROW - Build strong relationships with your customers to retain and grow
- SUPPORT - Provide best-in-class customer support to address concerns and ensure AR is maintained based on corporate policies.
This role is permanent, full-time and offers a competitive salary based on experience, target based commission (no cap and accelerator over target) , company health benefits, car and mobile phone allowance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing assigned territory accounts to retain and grow existing base
- Identify and create new business opportunities to growth territory inline with corporate objectives
- Manage your schedule to ensure appropriate coverage across territory with in person meetings and tastings
- Act as a brand ambassador for the business within your territory and with customers
- Champion your customers feedback and needs internally to help improve our products and offering
- Support JCBC operations team with AR matters across your territory
- Ensure CRM system is maintained and up-to-date with the latest information on your customers and territory
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years in a food and beverage sales or equivalent function
- Secondary degree or diploma in business or a related discipline or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to work to and hit sales targets
- Comfortable problem solving with customers and internal stakeholders
- Able to demonstrate strong negotiation capabilities
- Live in or near your territory so that you are able to easily see customers daily / as needed
- Able to work evenings and weekends on occasion / if needed to meet customers.
- Valid Ontario drivers license
- Valid Smart Serve Certificate
