Rymec Enterprises is seeking a skilled Journeyman Agricultural Equipment Technician to join our team. We are a family-owned and operated heavy-duty truck, trailer, and agricultural repair facility located near Ardmore, Alberta.
Compensation & Benefits
- Wage Range: $45.00 – $55.00 per hour (based on experience).
- Benefits Package: Available after 3 months of employment.
- Work Environment: Family-oriented, professional, and safety-focused shop.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnostics & Repairs: Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic issues on diverse ag equipment.
- Preventative Maintenance: Conduct scheduled inspections, servicing, and component replacements.
- Field & Shop Support: Provide high-quality service both in the shop and on-site for field service calls.
- Quality Assurance: Perform precise, detailed repairs to ensure safety and equipment reliability.
- Shop Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe personal and shared work environment.
- Documentation: Keep precise, up-to-date service records of all completed maintenance and repairs.
Role Requirements
- Certification: Journeyman Agricultural Equipment Technician ticket
- Mindset: Possess a positive attitude and a continuous willingness to learn.
- Reliability: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
