Job Description
SearchKings is hiring a Creative Designer to elevate our Web & Creative Services team.
In this role, you will define the visual strategy that drives conversion. You will leverage a modern, tech-forward workflow to deliver high-fidelity designs for internal initiatives and client marketing campaigns. You will work cross-functionally with Developers, Project Managers, and stakeholders to bridge the gap between aesthetic excellence and performance metrics.
We are seeking a designer who embodies the future of the industry—someone who seamlessly integrates traditional design principles with advanced Figma expertise and the efficiency of AI-augmented workflows.
What you will do:
- Visual Branding: Develop, maintain, and evolve comprehensive Brand Guidelines for SearchKings and key clients, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints (web, video, and print).
- Campaign Creative: conceptualize and execute visually stunning advertising creative (static and motion) that breaks through the noise of modern feeds.
- Future-Proof Workflows: Champion the use of Figma, Adobe Products and Ai integration. You will utilize AI to align design tokens with development, ensuring that your creative vision is perfectly translated into code without manual friction.
- Act as a strategic bridge between stakeholders and production, translating complex visions into polished, high-performance designs.
Creative & Brand Mastery
- Brand Systems Architecture: You have a portfolio demonstrating the creation and maintenance of robust brand guidelines and scalable visual languages across digital, print, event, and merch.
- Visual Storytelling: You don't just design assets—you tell stories with strong art direction, typography, and colour theory to evoke emotion.
- Trend Fluency: You stay ahead of design shifts and can articulate what makes a design feel dated versus modern.
Technical Innovation
- Figma + AI: You work in a modern, AI-assisted pipeline, using AI alongside Figma to bridge intent and implementation (design tokens, feasibility checks, complex prototypes). Cursor, Microsoft Clarity, and similar tools inform your decisions.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud: High-level proficiency in Illustrator (branding/vectors), Photoshop (high-end compositing), and After Effects (motion graphics).
Professional Leadership
- Communication: You explain creative concepts to clients and stakeholders with clarity and passion.
- Project Management: You can juggle multiple creative lanes, moving between branding and web projects smoothly.
- Attention to Detail: You notice when a logo is 2px off-center and prioritize polish and craftsmanship.
