Responsibilities
- Direct and control daily operations
- Evaluate daily operations

- Address customers' complaints or concerns
Experience
- Proven related 1 to 2 years of work experience within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
- Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of successfully leading teams or initiatives.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills to motivate teams and foster positive client relationships.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
