Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bilingual Payroll Specialist to manage and process payroll functions accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UKG payroll systems, accounting, and human resources software, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. This role involves handling payroll data entry, account reconciliation, and maintaining precise records to support overall HR and accounting operations.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll using various systems such as UKG, Workday, ADP, UltiPro, Kronos, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, or similar HRIS and payroll software.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry for employee hours, wages, deductions, and benefits.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare reports for management review.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable related to payroll transactions.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Assist with human resources functions related to employee records and benefits administration.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes including account reconciliation.
- Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accuracy of financial records related to payroll expenses.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
Skills
- Strong communication skills in both French and English
- Proficiency with payroll systems such as UKG, Workday, UltiPro, Kronos, PeopleSoft, Ceridian or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and bookkeeping practices.
- Experience with data entry, account reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable processes.
- Excellent analysis skills with attention to detail for error detection and resolution.
- Familiarity with human resources procedures related to payroll processing.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities efficiently.

Pay: $49,490.79-$83,564.71 per year
