We are seeking an experienced epoxy floor installer to join our flooring team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flooring installation, with proven skills in epoxy applications. Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and leveling floors to ensure proper adhesion of epoxy coatings.
- Mix and apply epoxy resins and hardeners according to manufacturer specifications.
- Use hand tools including trowels, grinders, mixers, and caulking guns for installation tasks.
- Perform carpentry tasks related to flooring projects, including framing or subfloor preparation.
- Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule and meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in epoxy floor installation or related flooring projects.
- Skilled in using hand tools, construction equipment, and power tools relevant to flooring work.
- Knowledge of flooring installation techniques, tile laying, and blueprint reading.
- Background in carpentry, caulking, or handyman work is highly desirable.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor as required.
