- Monday to Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
- Monday & Tuesday – Work is based out of the Ontario Food Terminal 165 The Queensway, Etobicoke, ON M8Y 1H8
- Wednesdays to Fridays – Work is based out of Burnac Produce 80 Zenway Blvd, Woodbridge, ON L4H 3H1
- Flexibility is required to visit the different locations from Burnac Produce within the GTA when needed.

The Opportunity
The Inventory & Application Support Coordinator is responsible for the efficient management and tracking of inventory, as well as supporting and maintaining inventory management software systems. This role ensures that inventory levels are accurate, discrepancies are identified and resolved, and the inventory system is properly utilized to support company operations.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee the tracking and monitoring of inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and proper record-keeping.
- Maintain inventory records to reflect accurate data on stock levels, movements, and discrepancies.
- Provide support for the inventory management system, troubleshooting technical issues related to the software.
- Work with the IT/IS department to implement system updates, ensure data integrity, and resolve technical bugs.
- Train new inventory staff and assist team members in using inventory management systems effectively.
- Generate regular inventory reports (Excel) summarizing stock levels, order status, and trends.
- Recommend changes or enhancements to the inventory management system to optimize workflows.
- Collaborate with inventory, logistics, and IT teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor inventory trends and provide actionable insights to improve inventory practices.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions for compliance and audit purposes.
What You Bring
Must-haves:
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or inventory support role.
- Understanding of inventory management principles and software systems (ERP, WMS).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes of system issues or discrepancies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information across technical and operational teams.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy standards.
Nice-to-haves:
- Project Management certification.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Experience within the produce or perishable goods industry.
This position does not require Canadian experience beyond the skills and qualifications listed above.
Work Environment
- Office-based with occasional on-site support or travel to warehouses or inventory locations.
- Standard business hours with potential for occasional flexibility to meet operational needs.
- Fast-paced environment requiring the ability to focus on multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Occasional visits to warehouses may involve standing, walking, and inspecting stock.

Pay: $52,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
