Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager with a background in Ontario Long-Term Care Homes. The ideal candidate has worked as a Director of Care (DOC), Assistant Director of Care (ADOC), Administrator, or in a senior LTC leadership role within the Sudbury region.
Responsibilities
- Manage regional caregiving operations and staff
- Support recruitment, scheduling, and team performance
- Build relationships with LTC homes, hospitals, and community partners
- Ensure compliance with Ontario LTC standards
- Support client satisfaction and quality improvement initiatives
- Travel within the Sudbury region as required
Requirements
- 3+ years leadership experience in Ontario Long-Term Care
- Experience as DOC, ADOC, Administrator, or similar LTC leadership role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of Ontario LTC operations and compliance
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred
- RN/RPN background is an asset
- Experience in home care or community healthcare
Pay: $50,000.00 per year
