Karma Casting is seeking reliable and energetic Product Sampling Demonstrators to represent top-tier food and consumer brands. Whether you’re showcasing a new snack or demonstrating a must-have household item, you will be the face of the brand, creating memorable experiences and driving sales in a retail environment.
Urgent Hiring: We are looking for team members to start as early as June 20th!

The Schedule
- Thursday & Friday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Engage & Educate: Proactively greet shoppers, offer samples, and explain product features/benefits.
- Food Prep & Product Sampling: Prepare and serve food samples using basic appliances (tabletop grills, toaster ovens) while following strict safety guidelines. On occasion, facilitate "ready-to-use" demonstrations by handing out items such as chips, candy, drinks, or non-food products like Lego and other consumer goods.
- Setup & Maintenance: Create an inviting, clean, and organized demonstration station.
- Reporting: Use our mobile app to complete shift reports and track performance.
- Inventory Management: Manage supplies and purchase required products for the demo using a company-issued Ramp card (mobile/electronic payment).
What You Bring to the Table
- Communication: You are approachable, professional, and love talking to people.
- Tech-Savvy: You own a newer smartphone and are comfortable using apps for reporting.
- Digital Wallet: You have a phone/digital wallet set up for seamless product purchases and reimbursements.
- Food Safety: Must have a Food Safety Certification (or be willing to obtain one online prior to your first shift).
- Reliability: You are punctual and can work independently in a fast-paced retail setting.
