Groundskeeper / Property Maintenance Technician

The Aquino Group is looking for a reliable, hardworking Groundskeeper / Property Maintenance Technician to help maintain the exterior grounds across our dealer group properties.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in keeping properties clean, organized, safe, and well-maintained year-round. The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, comfortable working outdoors in all seasons, and able to operate equipment such as lawn care tools, tractors, and snow removal equipment.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for general exterior property maintenance, including:
- Cutting grass and maintaining lawns
- Trimming, edging, raking, and general yard cleanup
- Brush removal and clearing overgrown areas
- Landscaping and maintaining flower beds, gravel areas, and exterior appearance
- Keeping dealership lots, walkways, and exterior areas clean and presentable
- Snow removal, salting, sanding, and ice control during winter months
- Operating snow removal equipment, including plow truck and tractor
- Assisting with seasonal cleanup and property improvement projects
- Identifying and reporting property maintenance issues
- Ensuring all exterior areas are safe for staff, customers, and visitors
- Other general maintenance duties as required
Requirements
- Experience with groundskeeping, landscaping, snow removal, or property maintenance preferred
- Comfortable operating lawn care equipment, hand tools, power tools, and snow removal equipment
- Experience operating a plow truck and/or tractor is considered a strong asset
- Valid driver’s licence required
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Physically able to lift, bend, shovel, rake, and perform manual labour
- Flexible availability during winter storms or heavy snowfall events
