Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Junk Removal Specialist to join our team. This role involves safely and efficiently removing unwanted debris, furniture, and other items from residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with heavy lifting, operating a vehicle, and working in various outdoor environments. Responsibilities
- Safely lift, carry, and load junk items of varying sizes and weights onto trucks or disposal sites
- Operate company vehicles to transport debris to designated disposal or recycling facilities
- Assess job sites to determine the best approach for efficient removal of items
- Ensure work areas are kept clean and organized during and after job completion
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent injuries or accidents during heavy lifting and driving tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding job scope and completion status
Skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a physically demanding environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for operating company vehicles
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
- Reliable transportation to reach various job sites
- Prior experience in junk removal or related manual labor roles is a plus but not required; training will be provided

Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour
