Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to ensure a positive guest experience
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately processing transactions and handling cash and card payments
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards
- Handle food safely following proper food handling procedures and safety guidelines
- Manage cash handling duties with accuracy using basic math skills
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic cooking or assembly of menu items
- Ensure timely service by managing multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management
- Support team members during busy periods to maintain smooth operations
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, including roles such as barista, server, or cashier, is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for all new team members
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing are essential
