Job Description: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Installation Coordinator and Administrative Assistant. This dual-role position manages installation projects and assists with daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will balance multiple priorities, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth installations.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination and Scheduling: Schedule installations with clients, subcontractors, and internal team members. Ensure resources and materials are ready for logistics and installation.
2. Client and Customer Communication: Act as the first contact for calls, clients, and walk-in customers, handling inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
3. Office Administration and Support: Assist with administrative tasks including filing and managing mail and courier packages. Support work order and accounts receivable processes.
4. Job Costing and Documentation: Oversee installations, maintain detailed records, and prepare reports for management.
5. Logistics and Problem Solving: Arrange product transportation, monitor shipments, and address delays. Solve logistical problems efficiently.
6. Customer Service and Sales Support: Provide support for inside sales tasks and general administrative functions.

Qualifications:
· Experience in office administration and/or installation coordination.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
