OUR VALUES:
A regular day for you will include:
Provide excellent service while ensuring exceptional results in the collection of financial loans.
Contact past due customers through the appropriate channeling methods, request and negotiate payment arrangements within authorized limits, and send correspondence to collection customers.
Use company-specific policies and procedures to maintain and coordinate firm payment recovery.
Assess and mitigate risk by referring accounts for further action.
Document all call activity details in the Collections system to reflect any action taken, e.g., commitments to pay and/or amounts and dates agreed upon.
Achieve individual collection targets to meet Department and Company-wide goals.
Complete other collection responsibilities, as assigned.
Must haves!

Advanced Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated expertise in advanced negotiation tactics, showcasing the ability to navigate challenging financial scenarios and secure favorable outcomes while maintaining customer relationships.

Legal and Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding and practical application of federal and state laws governing debt collection practices, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and ethical guidelines.

Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, handle high-pressure situations, and remain resilient while working towards achieving collection targets in a dynamic and demanding environment.

Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in auto financing, specializing in managing high-risk accounts within the industry, including familiarity with sub-prime consumers and associated challenges.

Skip Tracing Expertise: Daily experience and proficiency in skip tracing techniques using 411, social media platforms, and credit bureau resources to locate customers.

Working condition :
You have flexible availability to work. Working hours can range anywhere between 9 AM to 9 PM EST Monday to Friday with alternating Saturday shifts; schedules are completed a month in advance and shifts are rotating.: 8:30 am-5:00 pm, 9:30 am-6:00 pm, 12:30-9:00 pm, and two Saturdays a month.
