We are seeking a highly engaged, driven and experienced real estate professional with exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate is not afraid of taking on new challenges and strives for excellence.
Job Duties:
- Preparation of annual property budgets, coordination of approvals and timely distribution to stakeholders;
- Review of capital expenditures and funding requirements;
- Contract management, including tracking of expiries, renewals and tendering;
- Prepare Special Assessment analyses and recommendations;
- Regular review of financial statements and tracking of performance;
- Liaise regularly with property management, accounting and operations teams;
- Reforecasting and ad hoc analyses as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting;
- 3+ years of real estate experience, preferably in Asset Management;
- Previous experience with budgeting and financial analysis;
- Advanced Excel proficiency;
- Experience with Yardi Yoyager is preferred;
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills;
- Highly organized and able to efficiently handle multiple priorities;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to complete assignments with limited supervision;
- Aptitude for fostering teamwork and achieving shared goals;
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
