THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking skilled carpenters with a passion for creating beautiful and functional homes!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the team to construct custom homes from start to finish.
- install ICF Foundations
- Construct framing for timber frame homes using advanced building methods and materials
- Construct and install structures and fixtures such as doors, windows, stairs, and more.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
- Contribute to a positive and working collaboratively in a team environment.
- Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized job site.
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Some travel will be necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years + of rough and finish carpentry experience.
- A journeyperson ticket would be an asset
- 3rd or 4th year apprentice will be an asset.
- A strong understanding of how to maximize material.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- A valid driver's license.
