Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations at our ICBC Autoglass facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency with various office software. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office functioning, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional support to staff and clients alike. Office Manager will serve as the front desk point of contact, manage multi-line phone systems, and coordinate administrative tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Manage ICBC and Private Claims
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
- Oversee data entry, filing, and record keeping to ensure accuracy and organization
- Utilize QuickBooks and other bookkeeping tools for financial record management
- Perform administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, calendar management, and correspondence via Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and providing support to clients or patients
- Experience
- Prior experience in an office environment is required; experience in ICBC authorized Autobody or Autoglass shop is Mandatory.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks is essential
- Strong computer skills including data entry, typing, and document proofreading
- Clerical experience involving filing systems, front desk duties, and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and support capabilities
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or medical/dental office administration is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided as needed
Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
