Department Overview

Supporting the operations of our Endpoint Management Platforms and Governance Browser and OS process, we are seeking a Support Analyst within Loblaw Technology Colleague Implementation and Support team.

By using your outgoing personality and ability to make people and technology connections, you will promote the efficiency and effectiveness of Loblaw Technology enhancements as well as new project initiatives. Working with various Vendors, IT teams and Business leads, you will build colleagues’ desire to improve on their skills and their willingness to support changes in our user environment. The successful candidate will have critical thinking ability, strong problem-solving capacity, high-level written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical capability, as well as project management understanding.

Along with your role as Support Analyst, we want you to support our teams. We manage the Endpoint Management system for mobile devices and Microsoft System Center Configuration Management system for Window machines. Your focus on providing solutions and your capability to gather and interpret requirements from our business stakeholders is a key component to this role. Understanding a business need and translate that to what our technical teams support in this multifaceted environment will prove beneficial to the effectiveness of our processes and procedures.

What You’ll Do:
Create reports, analyze the data and provide output solutions based on the analysis
Partnering with Project Managers/Delivery Leads to ensure there is equal balance between the technical side of the initiative/project and managing the impacts on people as well as ensuring training and support documentation related to the scope of our processes and procedures is integrated into overall project plan
Process improvement of the Governance Browser and OS process
Defining, assessing and monitoring readiness/commitment of stakeholders to identify risk, resistance areas and develop appropriate mitigation plans to address concerns and impacts
Develop usage metrics, measure and monitor progress. Create and enable reinforcement methods as required
Troubleshoot Incidents and Problems within our scope of structure to support the reduction of tickets and issues experienced by our colleagues.

What You’ll Need:
Technical knowledge

High proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, OneNote, SharePoint)
High proficiency in Excel , developing and running macros
Power BI Knowledge
Familiarity with Mobile Device Management
Familiarity with ServiceNow
Excellent Understanding of Business Analysis functions
Understanding of Incident, Change and Problem Management, ITIL Methodology
Well versed in Agile delivery

What You’ll Bring:
University degree / post-secondary degree in Technology
Excellent communication skills –Writing and speaking to audiences large and small
Ability to work independently, able to search out the answers on your own and able to multitask and co-ordinate multiple initiatives
Strong presentation, facilitation, organizational and project management skills
Deadline focused, confident in questioning target dates, and ownership
Demonstrated ability leading, supporting change efforts and successfully meet timelines and milestones
Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work tactically and make data driven decisions
Ability to deal with complexity, ambiguity and operate within a fast-paced environment
