We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-oriented Barista to join our milk tea shop team! The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, crafting high-quality milk tea drinks, and creating a welcoming environment for every guest. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and serve a variety of milk tea drinks, specialty beverages, according to shop recipes and customer requests
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area, seating area, and equipment
- Provide friendly and efficient service, ensuring each guest has a positive experience
- Educate customers on drink options, answer questions, and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Manage transactions, operate the cash register, and handle cash with accuracy
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed, ensuring all items are fresh and in stock
- Follow health, safety, and food quality standards at all times
- Assist with inventory management, product rotation, and basic cleaning tasks
QUALIFICATIONS & KEY ATTRIBUTES
- Previous experience as a barista or in food service is a plus, but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and handle peak hours efficiently
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, customer-first approach
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high product quality
- Flexibility with work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
