Arista Custom Doors, a leading company in Toronto, Canada, specializes in high-end exterior and interior doors. We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a proven track record in the window and door industry to expand our reach in the Canadian and US markets, particularly in commercial sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Promote Arista Doors products to homeowners, architects, builders, and commercial clients.
- Generate and follow up on leads through cold calling, canvassing, and online outreach across Canada and the US.
- Utilize your existing industry network to drive sales growth and establish new business relationships.
- Prepare accurate take-offs, quotations, and close deals efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.
- Stay informed about industry trends, building code requirements, and product innovations.
Qualifications:
- Mandatory Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales within the window and door industry, with a preference for candidates experienced in custom wooden doors and trim sales.
- Commercial Market Focus: Demonstrated experience and success in selling to the commercial market, particularly in the US, is highly desirable.
- Industry Network: Established connections with key players in the industry, including architects, builders, and contractors.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading architectural drawings, measuring rough openings, and understanding building code requirements.
- Tools and Resources: Must own a vehicle with a valid Ontario driver’s license. The company provides a mobile phone and personal computer.

This position is commission with a base salary.
