A Beautiful Mind Psychology and Psychotherapy Clinic is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and client-centred Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) (RP-Q) to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will provide evidence-based psychotherapy services to individuals from diverse backgrounds and across a range of presenting concerns. We are looking for a clinician who is empathetic, collaborative, and committed to providing high-quality mental health care in a supportive multidisciplinary environment.
This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client population while collaborating with psychologists and other healthcare professionals in a well-established private practice.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and provide individual psychotherapy.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on clients' goals and clinical needs.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with CRPO standards and applicable privacy legislation.
- Collaborate with psychologists and other members of the clinical team to coordinate client care.
- Provide referrals and connect clients with appropriate community resources when indicated.
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
- Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
- Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse cultural, social, and clinical backgrounds.
- Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive clinical environment.
- Perform other clinical and administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
- Current registration with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) as a Registered Psychotherapist or Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).
- Master's degree in Counselling Psychology, Psychotherapy, Social Work, or a related mental health discipline.
- Experience providing psychotherapy to diverse client populations is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-based approaches) is an asset.
- Strong clinical assessment, case conceptualization, and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and ongoing professional development.
- Experience in a private practice, community mental health, hospital, rehabilitation, or other clinical setting is considered an asset.

Compensation
Compensation will be discussed with selected candidates during the interview process.
Pay: $20.00-$50.00 per hour
