Overview:
We are searching for a Part-time Dishwasher/Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team at Ashburn Golf Club for the remainder of the 2026 Golf Season. In this role, you will support the kitchen team in basic food preparation, dishwashing and cleaning to ensure that the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about the hospitality industry and eager to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.
This is a seasonal position with Ashburn Golf Club (New Ashburn) in Windsor Junction/Fall River and runs until October 31, 2026. Preference will be given to those who can commit for the entirety of the season. Experience is preferred but training will be provided.
This position would be suitable for a student interested in 4-5 shifts a week in the summer and reducing to 2-3 shifts a week in the fall. Looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Maintain all aspects of dishwashing in a kitchen environment.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and equipment is properly stored.
- Basic food prep skills (ie. portioning, peeling vegetables, etc).
- Handle food safely and adhere to all food handling regulations to ensure quality standards are met.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with others in a team-oriented atmosphere.

This location is not accessible by public transit, personal transportation is required. Staff parking is provided.
