Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Insurance Broker to join our team. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Conduct outside sales and retail sales activities to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate leads and promote insurance products
- Analyze client information to identify suitable insurance solutions and tailor proposals accordingly
- Negotiate policy terms and pricing with clients and insurance providers to secure favorable agreements
- Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, policy processing, and follow-up communications
- Utilize marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and expand market reach
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Multilingual communication skills, especially in Spanish, to serve diverse communities effectively
Experience
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related roles such as telemarketing, retail sales, or sales administration
- Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate policies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to close deals effectively
- Experience working with bilingual clients or in multicultural environments is preferred
- Familiarity with marketing techniques and customer relationship management tools is advantageous
- Prior experience in outside sales or direct client engagement is highly desirable
