Butler Mortgage Inc. requires a Mortgage Fulfillment person to meet our growth requirements.
We need a highly experienced, very capable person who can fulfill mortgages with lenders and clients: There are LOTS of files, it is super busy here all the time. This is NOT a sales position.
MUST have extensive mortgage experience, please do not apply if you are not doing this right now for a different Mortgage Broker or Lender. Once we hand you the file to finish, we need it done smoothly, quickly and with a happy client at closing. Management is here to deal with underwriting problems and lender issues, but we expect the Closer to have a VERY strong understanding of Income Verification and Down Payment Review, you must know your stuff, you need to coordinate with clients, lenders, lawyers, appraisers and stay on top of all of it until the mortgage is closed & keep our clients happy.
