Green Sky Roofing & Exteriors is seeking Outside Sales Representatives with hands-on construction experience to join our award-winning team. We work across residential and commercial roofing and exteriors flat roofing, sloped roofing, metal cladding, siding, and storm/hail insurance restoration and we need salespeople who can walk a site, talk the trade, and earn a homeowner's or property manager's trust from the first handshake.
We're seeking motivated, driven, and coachable individuals with a can-do attitude people with a bit of "swagger" in their step who can back it up with real construction knowledge.
Who will excel in this role:
- Roofing, siding, or exteriors installers, foremen, estimators, or project managers
- Residential construction or renovation sales (windows, doors, decks, home improvement)
- Commercial construction estimating, project coordination, or business development
- Insurance restoration storm/hail damage assessment, adjusting, or claims-based sales
- Skilled trades looking to move off the tools and into a high-earning sales career
What you'll do:
- Generate and pursue leads for residential and commercial roofing and exterior projects
- Perform property inspections and assess roofing, siding, and storm/hail damage
- Build accurate scopes of work and present estimates with confidence
- Guide homeowners and property managers through the insurance claims process where applicable
- Close deals and maintain relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
- Report daily to our Calgary office and work as a team on afternoons and weekends to crush our sales targets

What we're looking for:
- Construction experience (residential and/or commercial) you understand how projects are scoped, built, and priced
- Motivated, driven, and coachable with a genuine can-do attitude
- Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs (training and safety equipment provided)
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Available to report daily to our Calgary office, including afternoon and weekend team pushes
