Job Summary
StayFresh is seeking a talented In-House Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually compelling graphics for various platforms, including our website, social media, email campaigns, and in-store displays. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop innovative visual content that aligns with our brand identity and engages our audience. Your creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail will be crucial in delivering high-quality designs that drive customer engagement.
Duties
- Create eye-catching graphics for digital and print media.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design projects.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual content.
- Stay updated on design trends and tools to enhance creativity and effectiveness.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Develop and design engaging graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Utilize software such as Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and InVision to produce high-quality designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, incorporating new techniques into your work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
- Familiarity with web technologies such as CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience with market research to understand target audiences and design accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design work across various mediums.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
