Scheduler & Administrative Assistant – Full-Time
Wilk Stove Ltd. is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated individual to join our team in a permanent, full-time Scheduler & Administrative Assistant position.
This is a key role within our office, helping keep our customers, service calls, and installation teams organized and on schedule. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, can confidently manage a busy day, and takes pride in keeping things accurate and organized.
Responsibilities
- Providing friendly and professional customer service by phone and in person
- Scheduling new service and installation appointments
- Managing and maintaining daily schedules for our field teams
- Communicating with customers regarding appointments and scheduling changes
- Accounts payable data entry
- Assisting with accounts receivable and customer payments
- Maintaining accurate customer and financial records
- Providing general administrative and office support
- Taking on additional responsibilities as you become familiar with our business and processes

- Be familiar with Victoria and the surrounding areas
- Be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Be highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Be punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Have strong communication and customer service skills
- Be comfortable working with computers and learning new systems
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality when handling customer and financial information
- Hold a valid, clean driver's licence
Experience That Would Be an Asset
Preference will be given to applicants with experience in one or more of the following:
- QuickBooks Online
- Scheduling or dispatchin
- Construction or trades-related businesses
- Project coordination or project management
Experience in the fireplace industry is not required. We are happy to teach the right person about our products and industry.

Wage negotiable based upon experience. Attractive benefit package after 90 days successful employment. Hours of employment will be Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5 pm.
