We are looking for an energetic, experienced hospitality professional to join our front-of-house team full-time.
The Role
As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of Aegean Flavrs. You will seamlessly float between the espresso machine, the cash register, and the dining floor to ensure smooth operations and top-tier guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Barista Excellence: Craft high-quality espresso drinks, coffees, and specialty beverages with consistency and speed.
- Table Service: Welcome guests, take orders, deliver food and drinks, and clear tables with a warm, attentive attitude.
- Point of Sale (POS): Operate our Square POS system to process transactions accurately, handle cash, and manage digital tips.
- Deli & Cafe Presentation: Maintain a spotless front-of-house environment, restock retail and pastry displays, and adhere to all food safety standards.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a barista and server in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant setting.
- Coffee Skills: Strong foundational knowledge of espresso extraction and milk texturing.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using or learning modern point-of-sale software (Square experience is a plus, but full training is provided).
- Hospitality Mindset: A vibrant, outgoing personality with a genuine love for customer service and Mediterranean food culture.
- Availability: Flexible schedule to work full-time hours, mandatory weekends and including some holidays.
