Our Edmonton-based team is looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Customer Representative to represent Rogers products and services in a customer-facing setting. As an Authorized Sales Representative of Rogers, this Entry-Level Customer Representative opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating face-to-face, and developing their sales and customer engagement skills.
We’re looking for motivated individuals who are confident, personable, and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment. The Entry-Level Customer Representative position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer engagement. Previous sales or customer-facing experience is helpful, but not required.

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Entry-Level Customer Representative, you’ll represent Rogers products and services while creating positive, informative interactions with consumers. The Entry-Level Customer Representative will be responsible for:
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and introduce relevant Rogers products and services
- Driving product awareness and supporting sales through professional, informative conversations
- Educating customers on available Rogers products, services, and promotions
- Answering customer questions and providing accurate information
- Helping customers identify products and services that align with their needs
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current Rogers offerings and promotions
- Building positive customer relationships through professional communication
- Working toward individual and team performance goals
- Collaborating with team members to create a positive customer experience
