The impact you’ll make
As a Digital Analytics Manager, you will impact our business by working cross functionally with multiple data sources enabling product, marketing, development, and operations to use data to drive decision making, strategy, and tactics. Data story telling will be paramount as you conduct & frame deep-dive analyses, build dashboards, advise and set KPI’s and be a general data evangelist within the respective Grocery, Beauty, Joe Fresh and, PC Optimum lines of business.
What you’ll do
Enable business teams to be data driven and make fact-based decisions while deriving customer insights from digital analytics datasets.
Act as a data Evangelist within your stakeholders and tell stories through data that drive strategy and tactics
Design, build, maintain and validate digital analytics dashboards using data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Looker, etc.) to systematically analyze customer behavior and traffic trends.
Work very closely with Product, Trading, Experimentation and Marketing teams to define business KPI’s conduct deep-dive analysis, and make recommendations that tie customer online behaviour to business objectives.
Package, share and present analytical findings in an articulate and nimble way to simplify complex concepts to small and large business groups.
Help execute and deliver the digital analytics roadmap and demonstrate the value analytics can provide to the organization.
Continuously educate digital analytics end-users and identify opportunities for enhancing digital analytics data, tools and processes to enable them for easy, quick and accurate self-serve reporting.
Act as a digital analytics data SME and consultant across the various business units to solve day to day business problems.
Does this sound like you?
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or similar fields, with a quantitative focus (bonus for advanced degrees).
5+ years of experience in digital analytics/marketing
Solid experience building digital analytics dashboards out of Adobe Analytics (Omniture) and Google Analytics 360 data
Extensive knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, etc.)
Proficient in SQL, experience with Cloud(Azure, BigQuery, AWS) and big data sets
Python/R a plus
Demonstrated track record of successful analysis of online customer behaviour
Product, Marketing, and Retail background is a bonus
Strong business acumen, with ability to put data in the context of a customer problem and know where to look when exposed to large amounts of data
Comfortable working alongside and in cross functional teams (Business, Product, Tech, etc.) across various lines of business.
Supportive with a great “enabler” mindset that thrive on the success of partner teams.
Self-starter, with the ability to proactively make relevant recommendations to the business.
