Position: Full Time Security Guard

Concierge Requirements:
- Must hold a valid Ontario Security License
- Preference to applicants in the Burlington/Oakville area
- Must be able to work all shifts 24/7 (Including Morning, Afternoon, Overnight, Weekends).
- Excellent communication skills (English – Written and verbal).
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office.
- Must be able to write Special Occurrence Reports (SOR) and Daily Occurrence Reports (DOR).
- Strong team player, ability to achieve superior customer service for the client and business units.
- Able to Multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- General knowledge of Health and Safety practices.
- Conduct routine interior and exterior foot patrols of the facility grounds.
- Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required.
- Ability monitor CCTV Systems, Access Control Systems, & Monitoring alarms
- Monitoring alarms to ensure follow up is completed.
- Proven verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
