Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers using leads provided by our client, Telus.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs, address product inquiries, and recommend suitable solutions through face-to-face sales in residential areas.
- Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Assess customer requirements, provide assistance, and detailed product information.
- Maintain expertise in our products and discuss available options.
- Maintain high standards of customer service while consistently achieving sales targets.
What We Look for:
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales Support, Hospitality, or Customer Service preferred.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and energetic personality with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to perform under pressure and handle complaints promptly.
