1.Teach, coach and supervise students of the Orientation to Nursing in Canada for Internationally Educated Nurses program during online theory instruction and clinical or lab settings
2. Evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
3. Assist in marking assignments.
4. Participate in program, School of Nursing, SaskPolytech, industry and professional or other stakeholder activities.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA)
1. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Eligible for registration (active status) with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses’ Association.
3. Minimum of two years recent and relevant nursing/teaching experience.
4. Knowledge and experience in the area of gerontology and working with internationally educated nurses.
5. Effective communication (oral and written), interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to apply the theory, practices and principles of adult education.
7. Small group facilitation skills and leading, modeling and teaching interaction skills.
8. Ability to arrange, maintain and evaluate resources.
9. Demonstrates valuing diversity.
