The Role
We’re hiring a PPF Installer who can deliver high-quality installs efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be working alongside a strong team focused on premium finishing work and customer-ready delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Install PPF on a variety of vehicles (partial front, full front, full vehicle, high-impact areas, custom coverage)
- Prep vehicles properly (wash, decon, clay as needed, final wipe-downs)
- Execute clean, consistent installs: tight edges, minimal seams, no contamination, no lifting
- Perform film trimming and/or plotter installs depending on the job requirements
- Quality control your work before delivery—ensure the vehicle leaves customer-ready
- Maintain a clean, organized install bay and take care of tools/materials
- Communicate with the team on job status, timing, and any issues that could affect delivery
Requirements
- PPF installation experience required (professional experience—shop or mobile)
- Strong understanding of film handling, stretch control, tack solutions, and edge finishing
- Ability to consistently produce clean results on high-end vehicles
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Assets (Nice to Have)
- Vinyl wrap experience
- Window tint experience
- Paint correction / polishing experience
- Ceramic coating application experience
- Experience with plotter software and pattern systems (XPEL DAP, STEK, 3M, etc.)
