Job Overview
Established Window and Door Manufacturer with over 50 year track record is looking for a production worker to add to our manufacturing team
Responsibilities
- Assist in the manufacturing, assembly, or processing of window and door components to meet daily production targets
- Safely operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and automated manufacturing equipment, following all training and safety protocols provided
- Maintain high standards of workmanship by inspecting products at each stage of production and flagging any inconsistencies or defects
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to ensure a smooth flow of materials and minimize production downtime
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members across different production stages
- Some light lifting may be required
Experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing, is preferred but not required, we are willing to train the right candidate
- Attention to detail and quality of work is very important
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
