The opportunity
The fundamental goal of the Infrastructure Implementation Manager (IIM) is to work closely with the Technology Infrastructure team, clients, and other partners, playing a leadership role in ensuring that infrastructure initiatives are effectively managed throughout their lifecycle. The Infrastructure Implementation Manager is responsible for managing one or more projects within the constraints of scope, time, cost, and quality to successfully deliver to specified requirements and achieve the objective of the project. The IIM manages tradeoffs between scope, time, cost, and quality while balancing the needs of the project, our business partners, and the organization.
You will provide project leadership in delivering innovative solutions to Teachers.’ The key focus areas for this role are:

Who you’ll work with
You will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Service Delivery Management.
What you’ll do
Manage infrastructure technology initiatives through the Project Management Lifecycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close – i.e.: ‘end-to-end'), or Teachers’ Agile Delivery Framework in collaboration with TI leads, their team members, IT and Business partners
Monitor and report project progress (e.g.: schedule performance, financial performance, etc.) and manage project budget
Manage the activities of cross-functional project teams in the execution of the project plan
Ensure the project remains appropriately resourced throughout the lifecycle and all members on the team are trained and supported
Support organizational management efforts for infrastructure projects to ensure projects realize their expected impact and outcome
Champion the continuous improvement of requirements, processes, and practices contributing to the organization’s knowledge base
What you’ll need
Minimum 5 years’ experience of delivering IT Infrastructure projects within a technically complex and dynamic environment supporting multiple business portfolios
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Project Management Professional certification (PMP)
Demonstrated ability to motivate project team, encourage teamwork and take a leadership role on a project
Excellent communicator, demonstrating interpersonal, collaboration and presentation skills
Strong knowledge / background of Infrastructure and related technologies including Networking, Servers, Storage, Cloud, Middleware and Database
Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM methodology and processes
ServiceNow knowledge is preferred
