Millwork Installer – Custom Residential

We're looking for an experienced Millwork Installer who shares those values. Someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving complex installation challenges, and understands that the smallest details make the biggest difference.
What You'll Do
- Install custom architectural millwork, including kitchens, built-in cabinetry, libraries, wall paneling, dressing rooms, and other custom millwork.
- Read and interpret architectural and shop drawings.
- Complete precision scribing, fitting, leveling, and final adjustments.
- Coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure installations are completed to the highest standard.
- Resolve site conditions professionally while maintaining exceptional workmanship.
- Leave every project with a level of quality that reflects the Vertical Grain name.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the custom millwork industry.
- Minimum 5 years of installation experience.
- Strong understanding of architectural millwork and cabinet construction.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings.
- Excellent finish carpentry and problem-solving skills.
- Valid BC Class 5 Driver's Licence.
