## Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability.
## Duties
- Assist in managing store staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Oversee store operations to meet sales goals and maintain compliance with company policies
- Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Supervise and motivate staff to achieve sales targets
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning
- Support in payroll processing and administrative tasks
## Requirements
- Experience in retail management is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Knowledge of store management practices and procedures
- Proficient in supervising staff and fostering a positive work environment
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple responsibilities
