Alforno Bakery & Cafe seeks kitchen team members for its Italian-style patisserie and restaurant in Calgary. The dishwasher's role involves cleaning utensils, dishware, and equipment, maintaining kitchen tidiness, and assisting with food prep and heavy lifting. Working independently and collaboratively, the Steward ensures sanitized utensils, dishes, and glassware for guests and staff. Responsibilities encompass dishwashing, equipment upkeep, sanitation, and assisting chefs. The Steward maintains cleanliness, troubleshoots dishwashing equipment, and communicates effectively with supervisors. Shift duties include set-up, cleaning, sanitizing, and attending meetings while adhering to company policies for effective kitchen operations.
Here is what we are looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred
- Food Safe Certificate preferred

Working Conditions
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
